I had applied online and within a week I received an email asking to set up a screening phone call. I was thrilled because I have applied multiple multiple times. Call was fine and she said she would send my info to the hiring manager. Within a day I received an email to set up a call with the hiring manager. The meeting was 2 days later. The call went fine, but she felt I was overqualified. I understood that but was looking for a position that wasn't as intense or high up the ladder as I had in the past and explained that. We scheduled an in-person meeting for the following Monday. Went to the office to meet and thought the interview went great. I had 2 follow-up calls with additional staff within 24 hours that went really great as well. I then waited to find out if I was moving on to the final interview process. After hearing nothing, I emailed the hiring manager the following Monday for a status update - no response. I waited until the end of the week and emailed the recruiter - got an auto response she was on vacation. I waited until the following Wed and called the recruiter to see if there was any type of update I could get and left a voicemail. The following Monday I received an email saying thanks but no thanks.

I had two interviews, one from the Director and client. The director had basic behavior based questions. Discussed my background and how I can support the department. Background and drug test.They have their drug test conducted in house.

It was a fairly simple process. I was contacted by someone from HR to solicit my interest. During the process she left the company so I lost contact with Connextions for a period of time. Once I re-established communication the process was completed fairly quickly and I was employed.
