Interview is a 2 days process and mostly happen on weekends, most of the candidates gets selected are referrals . Interview process starts with written test followed by the technical interview.

Interview was over the phone for about an hour. I was asked a lot of challenging Java coding , problem solving, analytical questions, almost at a developer level. The person who interviewed me was very friendly and nice. Because it was over the phone, he didn't mind repeating questions few times.
