I applied for job and was contacted by email to schedule telephone interview. Had my telephone interview with recruiter and I believe it went well. Was told that he would forward my info to a hiring manager and they would contact me for second interview. Was told that it should happen pretty quickly (within the week), but I haven't heard anything from a hiring manager yet. When I check my status online, it says "Screened-under consideration for roles".
