Applied via third party recruiter. Recruiter contacted me, not something I applied to proactively. Heard nothing for 3 weeks, assumed lead was dead. Recruiter contacted me out of the blue to setup an interview. Recruiter was incredibly impatient, would email, call twice and text immediately after; even after asking him to be patient he continued this behavior. Setup time for interview, received name of person who was going to call. Interview time started, no call yet. Someone else from UHG called me about 15 minutes later to conduct the interview. Interviewer seemed extremely unsure of themselves, repeatedly asked a question, then asked me to not answer that, instead asked me a similar question slightly rephrased.
