First I had an on-campus interview with a local recruiter. Once I passed that, then I was invited to an on-site on their New Jersey campus. It was very informal, and the interviewer was very personable, probably one of the more casual interviews I've had. The office was nice and the people who were working there seemed to really enjoy it.

Applied online through college website, followed by a video interview. Then concluded with a group on-campus interview where a group of candidates were given a tour of the campus and a panel discussion. Concluded with one on one interviews.
