Very Long process. Three phone interviews (in all fairness, the first was more of a screening) before you're even offered to come in for a face to face interview. There was a two-three week gap between each interview where nothing was happening except automated emails to let me know I was still being considered. I was very interested in the position but in between all the waiting I interviewed, was offered and accepted another position more in line with my career goals. The phone interviews in itself was standard questions about my experience and going over my resume. I started my new job just as they were reaching out to schedule the face to face interview.
