The phone interview was 3 days after I applied for the RN Case Manager position. The recruiter was awesome and my phone interview went very well and I had a face-to-face interview 1 week later on a Monday. By that Friday I was offered the position.
The process was very smooth and informative. The only drawback was that my hire date/training/orientation won't start until December. :-(

3 round interview. first call is with a recruiter, 2nd call is with the supervisor which is a 1 hour interview in which they provide acting scenario as if you where talking to a customer. I did not make it to the 3rd round.

The interview process was quick and easy and straight to the point. The interviewer straight and direct questions. The interview last 30 minutes, and I was extremely nervous when answering those questions.
