Interview was standard, however some questions I was skeptical about (see below). They did not get back to me despite following up, which I take as a warning as I wouldn't want to work for someone who can't follow up with their candidates. They asked about 20 questions, including their own follow ups for only the second round. I felt off talking about my current salary as if this was an indication of how much they would pay me. Everyone in the department, and in the interview was new.
