Simple and laid back. Personal questions and just making sure you have the drive to succeed in a sales job. Super comfortable. Be prepared to explain to them what motivates you and why that will be your fuel in the life of sales. Relocation is big to them as there is no promotions available in the charlotte area. The entire roll of the position is for you to develop into an outside sales rep out in a different territory.
It was over the phone twice. Easy questions. Final was in person and they were basically seeing if you were interested. It did take a while to finally get an offer
Simple 2 steps process. First one will be a phone call and then a Webex or zoom call. But over all not difficult at all. Just the basic stuff on sales and your education

Truly an honest and transparent interview. Lended unique perspectives and humble feedback. I dread interviewing and this was one of a handful. After reflecting on the interviews, I had a clear and confident feeling that the time was well spent. If considering them, I would encourage pursuing. It’s excellent experience if nothing more.
