The interview process consisted of a single 30–45 minute virtual interview with the direct supervisor from the department. The conversation was structured but friendly, focusing primarily on my relevant experience in marketing, communications, and analytics.
The interviewer asked in-depth questions about the experiences listed on my resume, especially those related to campaign execution, audience engagement, data interpretation, and digital content performance. I was asked to share specific examples of how I’ve contributed to team goals, handled performance reporting, and collaborated cross-functionally.
