That was what they call "Competency Based Interview." I was asked about my professional experience and also how I would handle some situations at the work environment. There were 3 persons asking the question, one of them playing the "good cop" and another one the "bad cop." When I asked some specific questions about the position, they didn't answer, and asked me to talk directly to the HR - what I found really weird.
