Entrevista
Recruitment takes a few months from submitting to a vacancy announcement. You will be contacted via email for a Technical/Written Exercise as the first step. Once you pass that, you will be contacted with an interview time. Most of the time it will be a phone interview which is competency based (look that up)...which drives toward your work history as it meets the competencies listed on the vacancy announcement. All information on the vacancy announcement is fair-game.
