The director was talking to me and it was very clear he had an offer ready before I walked in, so there was no stress. He brought me in, talked about my alma mater (recent grad) and explained the position briefly which was actually a different one than I applied for (and a different shift). I didn't negotiate wage or the actual terms of the position. All in all very easy.
