I sent in to an ad online and they responded back. I went in for the interview the next day, it was a group interview with about 9 other people and we didn’t even really interview. We filled out a questionnaire, listened to him talk for a little bit and then stood up to talk about ourselves. First of all, he was very rude when people tried to speak, cutting people off and so forth, while he also cut you down based on whatever you said. He sounded condescending. Like it seemed as if there was no point in us being there cause they have some perfect ideal of a candidate in mind that honestly doesn’t exist. No one is perfect. Next point is after the interview he called me to ask me about my resume, which is fine, I know that a lot of places would like to know why you didn’t stay at certain places long but honestly he didn’t ask me sincerely wondering, he right off the bat made me feel like I have problems holding down a job or that I have some type of job commitment issue and really you can take a LARGE step back because you have NO idea why I left those jobs and honestly they were very valid reasons so PLEASE do not talk to me like you know me or give a crap about me or my resume. For a Christian place, you show the opposite of what it means to be what you claim to portray. I hope you find whoever you are looking for cause god help them to have to work with you
