Face-to-face interview followed by an interview to confirm employment background. I was offered the position, then did not get a returned phone call about the next steps. Then I received a letter in the mail saying they moved forward with other candidates after they offered me the job. A week later I received an email from Penske saying "Welcome to the Team." When I contacted the company, no one had the decency to return my call to let me know what is going on. From current and former employees, it was not a good place to work any longer -- so luckily I avoided this place.
