United Airlines is the best! Applied online and invited to a job preview and interview session about 2 weeks later. The preview session gets you excited to work for such a wonderful airline. Introduced to several happy employees more than willing to share their experiences. Interview is STAR method...please do your research on this method if you're unfamiliar. Interviewed 3 weeks ago. No cjo or tbnt at this point so still hopeful.

The interview process was shortened to four questions, as two questions asked the same thing but were worded differently. The two interviewers who were supposed to attend did not, so I was interviewed by one man who asked the questions and wrote down my answers about how my experiences could apply to the role.
