Very smooth and efficient. Applied in late August, and heard back for an Online Assessment in early November. Basic behavioral questions were asked. A week later, I was notified that I had a Teams interview. The next week I had an interview with my current Manager and Director. Also, more behavioral questions, but both were very friendly and kept the interview engaging. A few days later I was notified that I had an offer.

It was a hirevue and then a behavioral interview. The hirevue was a week or two before the behavioral. The behavioral interview asked about prior experiences and why I was interested in the role.

I interviewed for United Airlines 11/3/23. Questions were mostly behavioral, but the star method is probably your best bet. Wasn’t too difficult, the interviewer was kinda and friendly. Only took about 30 minutes.
