I got a phone screening interview and I was asked about my experiences in OR, followed by some technical questions about my Ph.D. project. The interview went smooth and after a week they sent me a take-home assignment which included some stats and OR questions.

I applied online through job portal. The application process was straightforward, requiring my resume, and a few preliminary questions about my experience and background. I was then invited for a virtual/in-person interview with the senior or analyst. This interview focused on my technical skills and knowledge.

There were really no unanswerable questions. You either had the type of expereince they wanted to discuss or you didn't. Just be prepared to discuss your past.
