      Entrevista

I was contacted by a recruiter by email first, and then we had a screening call. With all honesty, she was the most prepared recruiter I have ever spoken with. She was kind, asked the right questions about my professional background, and gave me proper answers to my questions. A few days later, she told me that I could go to my next round. Unfortunately, I was facing technical difficulties (I was trying to have the interview with a new device, and I had issues with Teams on it), so I needed to reschedule it. Everyone was really flexible on it and understood this could happen. Then, I had the second interview with three people on the call. The lady hasn't spoken much. The second person asked basic questions like if I have experience with Excel, which was a weird question for this position as it seems obvious. The third person was rude. I am currently freelancing while I am in between jobs, so he asked me, "Do you know that it is a 9-to-5 job? You don't have that flexibility; you can't just travel around while working. You have to be in the office." I felt I was treated like I was 21 again with a new degree on my hand, but I am 30 with 9 years of relevant experience behind me. They haven't asked real questions like,How would you solve this problem? How would you contact this person? How would you start this project? I was expecting to answer more relevant and professional questions, and since they haven't asked me any, I honestly understand they did not go with me further, not to mention they haven't answered my questions properly. I asked, How does your day look like? How do you track the projects? How many departments do you usually work with? For almost every question he asked, he said, Case by case, it depends, without giving me any examples.

Can you use Excel and similar tools? Do you know it's a 9-to-5 jobs and it is not flexible? Have you got experience to keep presentations?
