As the HR explained me there are three rounds, 2 Technical and one Managerial. For me all three rounds happens, but in the 3rd round got a Andhra manager who from starting dont want to hire me as I am not from same state. prior to third round the HR told this round is just a formality will discuss salary but after a discussion when I called her she told the manager gave a negative feedback as I am not a good team player. I don't if you guys want to hire people from same state then dont waste time. Bad thank god I have not joined other wise I will be suffering in regional politics.

The process went very smooth. HR contacted me and took all the details. Interviews were scheduled and taken over telephone, so no need to turn up. Timings were late it night (naturally because it was from the US) and so saved the day time, no need to take leave or have the hassle of taking it from office. Multiple level interviews, but all over phone. The last level needed me to switch on the webcam. All documents delivered on time.
