I applied as fresher . Interview was mid-tough . Went trough the online test then technical round and then HR round. Online test was divided into 3 parts. approx 1500 students attended the Online test . They selected only 50 form then and at end they select only 15 students

Ich hatte insgesamt zwei Interviews: ein Screening und eine technische Runde. Meiner Meinung nach sind beide Runden positiv verlaufen. Nach dem Interview habe ich jedoch keine Rückmeldung erhalten und musste das Feedback ausdrücklich anfordern. Im Feedback stand, dass mir „marginale Consulting-Soft-Skills“ fehlten, ohne eine detaillierte Beschreibung, welche genau gemeint waren. Ich vermute, dass dies nur eine Ausrede für einen anderen (wirklichen) Grund für die Absage war, den ich natürlich nicht kennen kann.

The recruitment process is very fast, initially i attended to online test , one is apittude and communication and other test is technical, after that i have given technical interview most of the questions asked from python.
