It was in the middle of the mall. A few questions and that was it. I met up with the HR manager at the time. Who then led me to the Store Manager. The store manager did the interview. 5 questions and that was about it.

Answered a preset list of questions. If you score a certain amount of points on their scoring checklist, you get offered a position. Scoring is based on your answers and also on your behavior. Smiling and being out going are factored into the score. At the least, you should know about Uniqlo before you interview. The whole process took about 30 mins and that's with asking questions.

Applied Online. Took 10 weeks to get back to me and asked for an interview. Met in a starbucks near the venue and had casual conversation. Mentioned that I was going to go to college and saw that was an instant turn off. Overall the interview seemed nice and it was a one on one interview.
Mostly the general about you questions but there was one question about the six phrases of the company. Do your research on the phrases they are used in every store supposedly.
