I participated in two stages of the interview process.
The first stage was an interview conducted in English by a Portuguese interviewer. It appeared to be designed to assess my English proficiency while also learning more about my background. The interviewer was very kind and created a comfortable environment.
The second stage was a technical interview with an IT professional. He asked a range of questions, some of which seemed somewhat advanced for the position, particularly considering that prior experience was not listed as a requirement.
There was supposed to be a third stage involving a technical assessment, but I was not invited to proceed further. The feedback I received was rather generic, with no specific insights into my performance or areas for improvement.
Overall, despite not advancing to the final stage, I found the interviewers to be respectful and professional throughout the process.
