Once you have passed the rigorous initial process which takes about an 8 hour day, some didn't even come back after the lunch break, you continually check online and wait for a phone call to invite you for a second interview in Omaha, NE. You are then scheduled for a panel interview, about 45 minutes of your standard fare interview questions and they will give you a call by date to see if you've made it. It was a very positive experience even though I wasn't chosen. The culture seemed good on the surface and very professional. I'm disappointed to not work there but was a great learning experience.
