If you're in Orange County here is how it works. So after you have passed through the initial personality questionnaire and the HR has interest they will e-mail you. From here the recruiter will e-mail you and invite you to a group interview where you basically need to show your compatibility for the teller job in terms of cash handling and customers service. From there if they like you the recruiter will set you up with a branch location of your choice that is available..Overall great experience.

The interview, was very smooth, and welcoming, clear questions, the interview was made online and the Manager and someone else where the staff who were given the interview, they were asking me probed questions and at the end of the interview they were giving the following steps to be clear, but if for some reason I had any questions to reach out with them.

Entrevista
After applying I was contacted by a recruiter for the company who helped in making the interview and hiring process fairly straightforward. A few questions I didn’t expect were asked, but it wasn’t a big problem and I tried my best. I got a response within that week. It seems they try to start you as soon a possible however there is of course paperwork and background screenings to be done beforehand. Overall, it was a good experience.
