The Unilever recruiter did not ask for my availability but simply sent me an invite for an interview. I accepted and then the very next day they asked to reschedule for two weeks later. Once again they simply sent a Teams invite with no question about availability. Interview day finally came, I was interviewed by two people from the tax team. The interview was awkward and uncomfortable, there was no warmth or small talk and they dived straight into questions. There were frequent silent moments during the interview. I was glad when it was over. It was clear to see that this team was not a happy one.
