Had to write 9 essays in the application and then take a logical reasoning test. The logical reasoning test was really hard, I ran out of time halfway. Practice before taking it. They stopped considering my application a day after I took the test, probably didn't even read my essays.

What attracted you to apply for the program and the chosen function. Why Unilever should employ you. Tell us about a time when you came up with an idea that you had to obtain a buy-in for. Tell us about a time when you spotted an opportunity and made it happen
Difficult in terms of what to expect but went well in terms of how it went around the topics regarding certain brands and relevant topics around such topics. This meant undergoing different strategies to prepare.
HR screening and questions via email, given assignement to test analytical skills using excel, and interview with consultancy - like business case study and behavioral questions to apply the STAR method

They give you questions to answer, and you are given around 3.5 minutes to figure out a response. Afterwards, they give you a case study of sorts where you explain how you would go about conveying this information to someone else.
