Online assessment stage was quite easy but digital interview had case scenerio questions and a bit challenging. However, if you do your research thoroughly about the company beforehand and able to connect your answers to the company's values in some way, you should be okay.

2) what will be your approaches, steps will be in doing so?
It was smooth, the questions were about your past experiences and desire for the role. You need 30 minutes. Make sure that you trained yourself. They give you just 2 minutes to prepare your answer

got a ATS interview, and never got back, interview was mainly situational questions, not too difficult. just make sure you have thoroughly researched the company as they will ask you case studied relating to unilever including which brand you like the most
