After a first application screening and numerical and logical online tests I was offered a telephone interview. The interview lasted half an hour, the lady was very friendly and the whole process was easy (although some awkward silences, the recruiter was probably taking notes).

Application form was relatively easy, followed by one test. It was a telephone interview and the person interviewing me was very nice and helpful, it lasted around 30 minutes. She asked me 3 competency questions based around innovation, decision making and leadership and other general motivation question about the role and the company. I heard back in a week with my outcome.
