Applied online - process was easy.
Phone interview was at a convenient time, which was good. Questions were competency based and easy to answer as long as you had prepared examples.
Next round was face to face interview. Very relaxed style of interview, which made it enjoyable and easier to give good answers and examples.
Advice to be yourself and not be overwhelmed by the sheer size of the company.

Un proceso muy divertido en el cual te sientes cómodo y tranquilo. Primero son unas pruebas virtuales y después ya es un assesment grupal. En todo debes ser tu mismo pues ellos valoran mucho eso.

Why you want to work at uniliever and what you can bring
The interview process was thorough and well-organized. It began with an initial phone screening with HR, where they asked about my background, skills, and why I was interested in the position. Then, I was invited for a second round, which included a technical interview with the marketing team. They asked me to walk through my previous campaigns, how I approached strategy, and how I measure success. There was also a portion where they tested my ability to analyze market data and trends. Overall, the process was clear, and the interviewers were supportive, giving me ample time to explain my experiences and ask questions.
