Digital online interview, involving pre-screened questions that dependant upon your individual strengths. For example I applied specifically for the Customer Development area of the Future Leader Programme, this involved me being asked questions around a specific area in which Unilever were involved. More specifically, I was given an in-depth case study to analyse and then prepare questions for.

I was given a case study around their Ice Cream division in India and was asked;
How would you approach this market in order to increase overall sales?
How would you incorporate the discussed technology and innovations in order to improve efficiency and operations within India.

The first process starts with you playing different sorts of games online that helps them to get an idea of your character. Some of these games are frustrating, but mainly straightforward.

There is a balloon game that tests if you are risk taker. There is also a memory game where you need to remember the shapes/numbers as you go.

Good, some situational questions, some motivational questions. Research why marketing and what brand sectors the company works in. About 5 video questions, none of which were too challenging. This was a video interview which is the first stage of the process.
