I applied online for the future leaders graduate programme. The application was quick and easy and once you've applied you have to play a series of psychometric games. Then if you passed there was a digital interview. This part is where i tripped up, i recommend you practise speaking into a webcam or camera and also make sure you read around the whole company not just the country you are applying for. The brands i was questioned about were international brands not available in the UK. Overall it was a really interesting and fun process even though i didn't get past this stage. They also give you full feedback which i found really helpful.

Entrevista
I completed an online assessment which had questions to understand my alignment with the company culture, values and personality. It continued with some numerical and verbal questions. Overall the test difficulty was average and there are a lot of videos on youtube if you want to take a look at the questions, I believe they ask the same ones.
The interview process is very long as there are multiple rounds to choose a few applicants out of >1000 applicants each year: CV => Screening Test => Digital Interview (Assessment center + 1-1 interview) => Assessment Center => Final Interview
The process was very long and it's understandable for an MNC with thousands of applications
CV => Screening test => Digital interview (Digital assessment center followed by interview) => Offline assessment center => Final interview
