Online application, then 12 games to test your personality and traits (very random games which you can't really prepare for). You have to meet their desired traits to progress to the next stage which was a video interview where they ask 3 scenario based questions and then a further question on a case study. For the first 3 questions you get 2 mins prep and 3 mins to answer (can try again twice), and for the case study 10 mins prep and 5 mins to answer (can also try again twice). Did not get invited to the assessment centre. Video interview was awful!! They wanted you to talk about really random things that they did not give any clues to in the question.
