I completed an online application followed by online tests and a phone interview. I was rejected after this however had I got through I would have then had an assessment centre day. The interviewer was lovely, however it's difficult as they obviously have set follow on questions from the main one which sometimes do not make sense in relation to the scenario/answer you have spoken about to start off with. It is clear that they are really looking for certain answers based on their 5 competencies (which can be found online).

Entrevista
Single interview that lasted 1h. It consisted in 30' of technical questions in which I also presented some of my previous works, and 30' of general standard questions. I had 3 interviewers with no distinct roles.

Entrevista
It took 1 hour, and the questions are made up of two parts. The first half is about technical questions, and the second half is about personal character test. The interviewers are very nice and friendly.
