Entrevista
The interview process consisted of four stages: a video interview, an informal conversation with Talent Acquisition, an informal interview with the hiring manager, and finally a presentation and interview with two managers. Overall, the process took nearly two months from application to offer.
During the Talent Acquisition conversation, the salary and benefits package were discussed in detail. However, when the offer was made, the salary was approximately 20% lower than what had been reviewed earlier. I was told the higher range discussed initially was for a different role at a different level, and they were not willing to negotiate. This created a disappointing disconnect between expectations set during the process and the final offer.
