Went through 3 rounds: HR, Hiring manager, Case study presentation for a contract role under Unilever International. Rounds were facilitated ok but there was a technical issue with one of the interview rounds. - After the hiring manager round, I requested for feedback, the recruiter was unsure what feedback I was looking for and completely ignored any questions and requests - Recruiter completely ghosted despite multiple rounds completed, even after mentioning that he would check and follow up Overall, the interview process was average but the candidate experience was poor due to the lack of communication.
