Upon making the the application I was called by the HR in order to arrange a first interview. This was done about 10 days after. The interview was conducted by two managers of the respective department and was discussed my CV and my skills. The same day I got a call from a HR asking me for a second interview a few days later from the department's director and a member of the HR. This was mainly about my competences and general update about the company. Although the interview process was very good, I got a definite yes or no answer about 3 months after the second interview!! Despite the fact that I had already asked twice the HR about the process and any updates. I believe this is a way too long period for the candidate to wait for an answer.
