Initial screening round were pretty good and it gave me very good impression about the interviewers and company. But the round after that (Machine coding round for 2.5 hours), I feel interviewer were not well experienced and were looking only for the solution which they know. It is sad to know that as a software developer they consider only 1 design as a very good design(which they know) and not willing to listen the thought process of other designs.
