1st Round: CV screening 2nd Round: Online test - mostly a test on your English language abilities, ie. difference between "they have" or "they has". 3rd Round: Phone interview: competency based questions as well as motivation for applying to the firm. 4th Round: Business game in Milan. A simulation where they see how you think, how you rationalise ideas and decisions. Mainly like a private equity/strategic advisory case study with numerous rounds. 5th Round: A more in depth 1-to-1 interview at your chosen location with the manager of the office/practice.
