Applied through a Career Fair in Boston, MA. They seemed to be impressed with my resume and called me for a first round of interview (Face-to-Face). It went for about 30-40 minutes, where the Employer asked questions about my profile, basically everything from my resume. About a month later I was called for a 2nd round of interview on Lync. These had HR based questions (company is based in Italy), went well. About a week later I was called for the third round of interview, where I would interview with the Product Manager along with the HR's. These were general questions again , mostly situation based questions. I haven't heard back from them as yet, hence putting a reject, but the interview was simple, and you need a lot of patience to hear back from this company. I could say, I had fun answering the questions!

The interview was smooth. It contained 2 stages. HR and technical. The people in the interview played good cop/bad cop but it was ok. They asked about data structures/data bases/ java core concepts
