Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) en nov 2015
Entrevista
There were three parts to the interview: initial phone interview, video interview, and the four hour in-person interview. The phone interview was fairly easy, as it consisted of briefly going over your work history and resume. The video interview was a bit harder because it is really difficult looking at your own face while trying to answer questions quickly and within the time limit set by the application.
The face-to-face interview was about four hours long. I met everyone in various departments individually. I met two senior allocation analysts at the same time, so expect to have 1-2 people sitting with you during the multiple interviews you sit through.
I met everyone who worked side-by-side with the position I applied for. The questions got a little bit repetitive and you will start to feel like you're stuck on repeat. Don't give up! Be sure to eat a small meal and hydrate before the interview. I got hungry during the last thirty minutes and felt as if I was going to collapse in my chair.
