Very simple process after submitting the application online. I got to schedule an interview about five days after applying. My interview was with an assistant manager at the time. That’s it. I accepted.

It is simple, and the interviewer makes me feel comfortable and I can be myself. The interview went very smooth. I got a job offer to work with this company but declined due to current work
The interview process includes both cross functional panel interviews and individual interviews with hiring manager. Was surprised I didn’t talk to any peers or colleagues. Just cross functional people from other departments but not the one I was hiring for other than the hiring manager
