Video interview is a bit awkward and uncomfortable but goes well if you prepare. 7 questions are asked and you should be prepared to talk about your past experiences and how you could apply your skills to certain scenarios. Overall, it was a fine experience but just a bit awkward.

It was hard because the interview was done over the computer. They asked seven questions and you were given three minutes to answer each question . The process of applying to Under Armour took very long. I applied in November and did not hear back until March.
