Pretty straightforward. I applied for the position, and was contacted by a recruiter about a week or so later. She was very straightforward with the position, and what benefits would be attached. She let me know an interview with the UX Lead would be next, and she was good on her word for setting that up quickly. I chatted with that lead, via google hangout, and it was all pretty simple. Haven't had any contact from the recruiter following that point, but the position is closed online so I assume no offer is forthcoming. I know they're busy, but it might be nice to get that feedback, or some kind of communication instead of letting the system generate a response in another week or so. I hate when they disappear the second you're passed over. It's a business, I know, but still.
