Interview was an easy process. A mock lesson plan is given while a few of the higher staff watch in the back of the classroom. The children are polite and answer all the questions from your lesson.

Submit the usual resume requirements. Then take the students midterm in person and present a 15 min pre constructed lesson from the unit to leadership. Mine was filmed in an empty classroom and included a glow/grow and redo section that wasn't to par (see how you handle feedback)
