We very much appreciate your feedback on our interview process. This year, due to COVID, we have had to make a switch to a more online-based recruitment approach and process. In previous years, we have done an on-site interview process for most of our roles and hope to get back to that post COVID. However, for now, we have gone forward with this online assessment for all candidates as part of our interview process. I would also like to ensure you that we take a fair testing process very seriously and have tried to make the test not too demanding nor too simple. The tests should roughly take someone 20 minutes to 45 minutes to complete. We also do not expect a perfect score to pass our assessment but we do hold a certain standard as we want to ensure we are getting the most qualified candidates. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but I do encourage you to apply for other roles if interested as each role has a different interview process.
