Three interviews in total, each was about 1h long. The whole process took about 3-4 weeks. 1. Interview was with HR or a hiring specialist, the person tries to get a feeling for you and how well you would fit the team and vice versa. 2. Interview was a technical interview with the the teamlead, which again tried to see how well the applicant would fit personally and technically into the team. 3. Interview was a presentation of the technical assignment I received. 3 tasks, revolving around the unblu product and APIs, that needed to be solved in a 72h timeframe. During the presentation and the Q&A Session afterwards, I had the strong feeling that they were not only interested about the results and how you mastered the challenges, but especially about the problems you encountered and what countermeasures you took to try and resolve the issues.
