Two interviews, first was with CEO. Super casual. Asked some basic questions about my past experience, explained the value prop of the company to me. Asked how I thought they should attack the market. Second interview was at the facility, included meeting their team, showing me the product. I ended up not taking the job. It was a hard choice but I elected to remain self employed and focus on my own endeavours at the time. I often think about them and wonder how they are doing. They were great guys and I imagine would have been a lot of fun to work there.
