I got contacted by a recruiter and did a phone call interview with them. Then i was set for onsite interview. I met with the cofounder who was 10 mins late to the meeting. In the meeting, he started to eat his breakfast sandwich which I was told was a casual meeting but felt that it was a bit too casual from personal perspective. I found that he had very strong opinions on design against his own creative team. In between questions he was also looking at his computer and typing things so he was distracted. I found the whole experience very rude and inappropriate. I am very happy that I dont work there. I can't imagine what it would be like working there.
