Simple process. One hour interview with three people (fourth person couldn't make it) on a Friday. No live programming test. Pretty hard questions but that's normal. They asked for references that day. Said they needed to meet with fourth person on Monday. Got offer Tuesday. Had to take a 90 minute test on insider threat awareness, get a background check (which was more thorough than usual as they wanted to validate job history start and end dates). Streamlined process through HireRight. Drug test also. Overall about as easy as possible. Fast and good communication when I had a couple hiccups in the screening process.
